We accept major credit cards using PayPal’s Shopping Cart, a free and secure method of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. We are Paypal verified.


We try very hard to keep all items in stock, but can’t guarantee that certain designs will not sell out or become discontinued. If the item(s) you order is not available or on backorder, we will contact you via email.


If you are not satisfied for any reason, we would be happy to exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (unused) and packaging. Please include a check of $15.95 shipping fee for us to mail you a new bag.


Please give us a call to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. There is a $10.00 restocking fee for returns. Ship the item(s) prepaid, insured and securely packaged. Please email returns@emerabags.com for additional information.


We have done everything we can to display our designs accurately on this website. However, all monitors are different and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of our designs will portray the exact color.
